Info

Tasked with designing, constructing, and refurbishing a historically significant Brisbane landmark originally built around 1890, Wacon transformed the Manor House into four modern, functional apartments. This project required meticulous attention to detail, seamlessly integrating new building elements with the original structure. Through precise brickwork, imported stained glass windows, intricate terrazzo tiling, hardwood timber work, and substantial blockwork extensions, we restored and introduced new fittings. The result is a revitalised home that preserves its historical significance while welcoming a new generation to enjoy its spaces.
